[ALL] Sun 27 Jan - Fri 1 Feb | Banner and Button Competition

Hi there officers!

Our forums are looking rather neat right now, if I may say so myself, but we do have some issues. First of all we need mo' buttons! In our navigation bar there are several buttons but we need more. Some are missing in the pack that was included with this theme. Second we need a new banner for above the navigation bar.

For this contest the following rules are set:

• Entries must be submitted before Friday Feb 1st 10:00 PM EST (4:000 AM CET) any entries beyond that time are not valid
  
• A person may submit multiple entries
  
• All entries must be Emergency Services or GTA Related to be valid (GTA Font: "Pricedown").
  
• Entries are to own work and not copied from other contestants or sites.
  
• Judges aren't allowed to participate.
  
• Colors should match current theme
