LCES RP Clan

These are the LCES Regulations.



The LCES RP Clan is a GTAIV Emergency Services roleplaying clan, with the following departments/units:
Liberty City Police Unit (LCPU)
Liberty County Sheriff’s Department (LCSD)
Emergency Response Team (ERT)
Liberty City Fire Department (FDLC)

LCES has the following Leadership Structure:
Clan Admins
Sergeants/Department Heads
Field Training Officers (FTO’s)
Members
Cadets

In order to join LCES you must:
be at least 15 years of age.
Own a legal copy of GTA IV.
Use Teamspeak 3.
Use a microphone.
Interact with others in a mature way.



The following Code of Conduct is in place, these are to be followed in game, on the teamspeak server aswell as on the forums.
LCES Members will respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed.
Members will interact with each other in a mature manner.
A member is not to supply false information on their profile, especially regarding age or gender.
Ban Evasion (e.g. registering a new account/using a different IP to log in) results in a permanent-ban.
A Member is not to redistribute, reproduce or copy any clan documents without the creators/clan administration’s permission.

Should any member violate these rules a clan admin might issue a sanction based on the severity of the violation.
These sanctions may include:
A warning.
A TS server kick.
A Temporary Ban.
AProbation.
A Clan Ban.
On the forums we have 5 warning levels once the fifth is reached one is banned for 10 days, outside the forums we usually handle a 3 warning system.



Positions

Within the leadership structure LCES knows the following positions:
Commissioner: responsible for managing the other admins as well as accepting new applicants and interviewing them. This is an admin position.

Deputy Commissioner: responsible for handling interviews, coordinating with multiple departments for new member placement, the forums and standing in for the commissioner as well if needed. The DC is also responsible for inter-clan relations. This is an admin position.

Chief of Staff: Will maintain an organized and respectful Teamspeak environment. Tasked with logging all Teamspeak bans as well as ensuring members sign into Teamspeak with the appropriate information such as badge ID, User Name, and Tags. Chief -of-Staff will work closely with Internal Affairs to ensure members rights. This is a admin position.

Sergeant/Department Head: will be in charge of maintaining a up-to-date department roster as well as providing training information to new and current members.

Field Training Officers: FTO’s will be tasked with training and supervising new members during their probation.

Specialists: Specialists are responsible for a certain field not related to the direct managing of the LCES clan, e.g. Support Specialist.

Some positions share responsibilities.



Voting

Petitions
Petitions need 2 additional people to endorse it (ie 3 total).
Once a petition gets endorsed:
a major change like removing someone from power or changing structure requires 3/4 of the voters.
A minor changes will only need 50%.
Petitioning an election only needs 50%

Elections
We will have a "should we have an election" vote every once in a while. Only needs 1/3 to pass.
Only voting members can run in an election.
Majority wins.

Become a voting member.
Been in clan for at least 2 weeks (actively)
Endorsed by a voting member (they can not ask to become a voting member).
Majority Vote (50%)
