Dispatch Department

Silver suggested me to ask you all how you all would feel about a dispatch department/channel.

This will also make the gameplay more realistic and better roleplaying.

This department will be in the Police Lobby and will be an office for the dispatch team leader. This office will be used for:

Dispatch training
Dispatch conversations
Team Leader office (for a person that is dispatch trained and would like to take charge of the department)

The dispatch department will be made up of people who have had the rank of officer and/or higher for at least a month and know what they are doing (obviously lol). The people in the department will also be people that are interested in doing dispatch and working with our CAD program and work when there is no one to do it or they chose to be dispatch during a non-serious or serious patrol.

Please leave a comment down below on if you think we should have a dispatch department and training for the dispatch rank.

I think it's good to provide training for it but I doubt we are big enough for it right now since we only really need one dispatcher per session.

There has been times on patrols where i have needed help but wasnt able to get it........

Oh didn't notice guessed you were good on your own then yes we could I think. Especially if we get more people in which means more calls.

Yeah there has been many calls (10-11 calls) that i havent been able to put un the CAD because so many calls were coming in at the same time. :/ I need help and thats why i put this up.

Ahh I see well yes we could have a assistant in my opinion to share the load.

I know that bmart, unit, and cypher agreed with me too and silver agreed to one channel for us if people agree so we can try it but again its up to silver, van, or you in the end.

I think this is something you'd want to petition for...
